A shakudo nanako fuchi-kashira with exceptionally fine and even nanako, decorated in gold utorii and shakudo. Unfortunately, this is not signed, so it is very difficult to make an attribution. Robert Haynes believes that there were separate artists who worked exclusively on fuchi-kashira, so many unsigned pieces must remain anonymous. Inside measurement on fuchi: 3.38 cm x 1.67 cm. $1,400
