Floating Flowers Tsuba

A Muromachi to early Edo period tsuba of yamagane flowers floating on a keibori stream. Superior sand iron plate with long, strong, lineal tekotsu. There is a kirikomi and strong lineal tekotsu on the left edge in the second picture of the rim below. In the center bottom picture, there is a strong tekotsu at the edge to the right, and in the middle midway and to the left. This is a tsuba for the serious collector, who understands and appreciates the quality of the iron plate. 6.83 cm x 6.31 cm. 3.4 mm to 3.9 mm at the mimi. Excellent color and condition.
