A very good prewar gendaito tachi signed Iciryushi Saku, the art name of Ichihara Nagamitsu. Mounted in WWII koshirae. Hawatare: 2 Shaku 2 Sun 7 bu 7 rin (69 cm / 27.165"). Motohaba: 3.278 cm. Sakihaba: 2.51 cm. Kasane: 8.36 mm. Shinogizuke, iroi mune, chu kissaki. Hako choji midare togare, bright even habuchi deep ashi iri. Tight itame hada. The blade is in need of a proper polish, There is a small rust spot ahead of the habaki, and some noninvasive staining at the front of the blade as pictured. There is a chip at the hamachi, covered by the habaki.
