Jumonji Yari

A graceful, mumei jumonji yari. Overall length: 57.9 cm. Blade length: 24.7 cm. Cross bar: 19.3 Nakago: 33.2 cm nakago. Suguba. However the blade is too dirty to tell more. Some areas of rust on the cross bar look pretty serious, so I can not guarantee that they will polish out. The nakago appears to be ubu. The saya has been stripped of its lacquer. My best guess would be early Edo, but in this condition and without a signature that is only a guess. $1,050
