A very attractive suriage katana, wishfully signed, Yokoyama Kozuke Daijo Fujiwara Suke/ (sada). Hawatare: 2 shaku 2 sun 0 bu 1 rin (66.7cm. / 26.26"). Motohaba: 3.12 cm. Sakihaba: 2.28 cm. Kasane: 6.8 mm. A flamboyant gunome midare with choji mixed in. Deep ashi iri. Bright, medium wide habuchi. Moist running itame with mokume mixed in here and there, chikei. In Japanese polish, shirasaya, copper habaki with nekogaki.
Although the mei is without a doubt incorrect, this is a very attractive sword and should be appreciated as a mumei katana. $2,700
