A shinchu tanto tsuba of a rabbit on the water, signed Mitsumasa. Excellent patina, especially nice to see since so many of these have been over cleaned. I was unable to reference this artist, however, similar shinchu tanto tsuba of dragons, egale and chidori, etc. are seen in the middle-late nineteenth century. $250
