An early Muromachi tsuba decorated with gourds in sukashi. This was originally made to accommodate an O-kozuka, a very uncommon accoutrement. Very thin and well weathered plate, with good color and tekotsu. 7.49 cm x 7.11 cm x 2.6 mm.
