Shinogizukure, iroi mune, chu-kissaki. Konie deki hamon is togari-mdareba, nado. Itame hada slightly nagare, nado. The nature of the polish makes picture of the hamon very difficult. Brown leather tsukamaki;, fuchi-kashira shakudo nanako with horses and blossoming cherry trees in shakudo, gold, and silver. Very black shakudo shishi menuki. The saya is stippled and textured Chinese red lacquer, with an iron kojiri with gold and silver nunome butterflies. The iro Shoami tsuba is a chrysanthemum and butterfly, showing the clan allegiance to the Emperor.
