 A gendai katana signed, Hokke Saburo Nobufusa kao (法華三郎信房花押), dated, Showa yon nen ni gatsu hi (a day February, 1960) 昭和四十年二月日,   Also known as Kagefusa.. Ubu one mekugiana, Shinogizukure. iroi mune. toriizori,  chu kissaki.   Hawatare:  2 shaku 2 sun 8.41 rin (69.242 cm.  /  27.25")  Motohaba:   3.111 cm,  Sakihaba:   2.1 cm.   kasane: 7.49 mm.   Koniedeki chusugba sungashi kinsuji, nado. Pronounced masame hada, jinie, straight chikei.  Excellent polish, shirasaya, silver habaki.

This is an utsushi of koto Yamato Tegai, with the exception that except perhaps for Kanenaga the work is more interesting.  This is not to be conflated with the Muromachi Tegai that re so common.  

Nobufsa (8th generation) real name is Takahashi Noboru, born in 1909, Miyagi prefecture, made swords during WWII.   After the war he continued as a Gendaito sword smith. Ref.
