Sentoku Tachi Tsuba

A small sentoku tachi tsuba of a style seen in Nambokucho, though this is undoubtedly a later manufacture. The kozuka ana was a latter addition. 7.48 cm. x 6.89 cm x 6.5 mm at the mimi. The plate itself appears to be between on and two mm. but I can measure it. At some point this experienced some serious impact, as evidenced by the three cracks in the plate. Yes, they detract a bit, but since it isn't going to be used, it makes a nice representative piece. $295.
