Fresh out of the woodwork, an increasing rarity these days, an o-suriage wakizashi in good old polish.  Shinogizukure, iroi mune, extended chu-kissaki, shallow sori.  Hawatare: 1 shaku 8 sun 5 bu 4.6 rin (56.2 cm or 22.13").  Motohaba: 2.76 cm. Sakihaba: 2.02 cm. Kasane: 5.6 mm.  Ko nie deki gunome midare, togare, tobiyaki, yo, ashi at some of the peaks forming ko-choji patterns.  The boshi is ko maru, with a medium kaeri.  The jigane is a moist itame nagare, fine ji nie.  Masame in the shinogi ji.  Two mekugiana. Mounted in shirasaya with a single silver foil habaki.  There is a collector's or store tag on the bottom of the shirasaya.  This has never been to shinsa.
