A 19th century iron tsuba for a tanto or small wakizashi. Matsudaira mon and chrysanthemum decorated in a combination of takazogan and takabori. 6.63 cm x 5.93 cm 3 mm. Unlike so many later tsuba, this appears to be made from a forged plate, rather than factory iron. $425
