An early Canton style Namban circa. 1650. The large single dragon, cut among scrolls, and true dote mimi are a style not seen in later work. The kogai hitsu placed where the kozuka hitsu should e is interesting. Ref. Haynes catalog 5, # 208. 8.4 cm x 8.09 cm x 4 mm (center) 5.5 mm edge. $600
