A two tone greenish and brown sandy tea bowl with extensive white splashes all over. The white is discolored on the inside of the bowl from tea. A translucent green on one side, allowing the sandy bisque to show through. The other side is a brown finish. The pictures of the inside and bottom of the bowl show the true colors when in hand. An old gold lacquer repair on the rim, that is showing its age. There is a crack extending from the bottom of the gold lacquer repair that extends to the foot of the bowl. Edo period.
