Ichiryu Tomoyoshi Tsuba

A large shibuichi tsuba signed Ichiryu Tomoyoshi (kakihan). 7.3 cm x 7.1 cm x 4 mm. Polished shibuichi plate with keibori and katakiribori waves, and a gold dragon in takazogan. The plate is slightly darker and richer than the pictures. Lived in Mito, Hitachi province. Died November 16, 1787. The student, and adopted son of the second geration. It ui very difficult to separate his work from his father's.
