A classic Higo Kamiyoshi design of a sukashi pine 7.3 cm high x 6.6 cm wide 5.1 mm thick. Good color, suface tekotsu. NBTHK Hozon.
Thought: Both Hayashi and Kamiyoshi made interpretations of the Matashichi design illustrated below. The static image argues for Kamiyoshi, though they frequently applied gold nunome. The NBTHK kanteisho only ascribed the tsuba to Higo. $1,150
